Project Objective

To convert an existing single format can line to a flex can system capable of running multiple sleek and standard cans, in a variety of package formats.

Project Overview

In addition to conveyor systems layout and supply, Descon provided project management services and the complete integration of two separate can fillers (each capable of running a single can diameter minimizing change over complexity), a Sentry bulk depalletizer, (2) A&E can rinsers, a Descon can drying system, a Westrock 1250M paperboard packer, Douglas SPS75 tray-film packer, a Kister Kayat TP-70 tray packer, (2) Intralox ARB case switches, (3) Ambaflex case spirals, (2) PAI 6300 palletizers, (2) Muller stretch wrappers, coding and inspection equipment.
