Rinsers

Lowerator ionized air rinser.

Features: All stainless steel construction Product opening is adjustable from 2” to 12” with a single handwheel. Ends are tapered providing gentle infeeding and outfeeding. Powered rails are individually gear motor driven and contain pneumatic tensioners, ensuring reliable chain tensioning. Positive emergency stop discharge jam switch stops the machine before damage can be done. Pressure switch will stop machine if rinse media is not present, ensuring that every containers gets properly rinsed.

Our gripper rinsers gently grip and invert containers for water rinsing, ionized air rinsing, or a combination water/ air rinse. All Descon rinsers are ideal for glass and plastic containers in round and non-round configurations, and are available in three (3) basic configurations:

1) Inline

2) Lowerator with water rinse media, or

3) Lowerator with ionized air rinse media

• Automatic gear motor driven changeover for varying container diameters.

• Infeed metering devices to ensure consistent product gapping.
