With the current popularity of energy drinks, Descon has been called upon to design and install multiple empty can handling systems. Regardless of whether you are running a fixed can diameter, or multiple can diameters, Descon has the experience to deliver.

Our solution involves the supply of mass modular belt style conveyors using nose-over type transfers for the majority of can transportation. Just prior to the filler infeed, we add mass vacuum style transfers for down (or damaged) can removal, air combiners and ionized air rinsers. All of these devices are integrated through a Descon control system ensuring maximum throughput, while maintaining product integrity.
