Descon has handled a multitude of empty PET and HDPE containers with the technology best suited for the application. Regardless of whether you are depalletizing empty PET in mass at 1,200 bpm or unscrambling HDPE at 300 bpm, Descon has the experience to deliver.

Typical solutions include the supply of pressureless single filers for the singulation of containers from mass. We have handled many different shaped containers at today’s highest line speeds. Vacuum can also be added for containers requiring additional stabilization. Other Descon products typical of an empty bottle system include bulk accumulation silos, bulk handling conveyor, air conveyor (neck ring or deck) and rinsers. And of coarse, all of these systems are controlled via an integrated Descon control system.
