Deck style air conveyor replaces traditional tabletop conveying systems where the requirement for product flow for lightweight containers is very fast or requires rates where containers become unstable, or potentially damaged. Both round and non-round (PET, HDPE, aluminum, paper board) containers can be efficiently transported at high rates with practically no line pressure. Distances between adjacent machinery centers can be minimized due to the instant reaction ability of the system.
